Install the controller CLI
Set up the taskhatch CLI where your AI agent runs and log it into your workspace.

The controller CLI is the interface your AI agent uses to drive a remote machine. It runs on macOS or Windows — wherever your agent lives.
1. Install
Download the controller for your platform from your dashboard's Downloads section, or install via the release artifact link provided in your invite.
2. Log in
Authenticate the controller against your workspace using the device-code flow:
taskhatch platform login
The CLI prints a URL and a short code. Open the URL, approve the controller in your dashboard, and the CLI stores a scoped credential locally.
3. Verify
taskhatch platform status
Each controller consumes one seat in your organization. Revoke a controller any time from the Devices section of your dashboard.
