What we collect
Account details (name, email), workspace and membership data, billing metadata (via Stripe — we never store card numbers), and operational metadata about sessions (timestamps, roles, audit events). Session artifacts and reports you choose to upload are stored in your workspace's object storage.
What we don't do
TaskHatch never extracts credentials, cookies, or password-manager contents from machines it operates. The relay stores only session metadata — never action payloads or screen media. We do not sell your data.
Sub-processors
We rely on Convex (application data), Stripe (payments), Resend (transactional email), and Cloudflare (edge & object storage) to operate the service.
Retention & deletion
Artifacts and reports follow your workspace's retention settings. You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
