Terms of Service

Last updated 2026

1. Acceptable use

TaskHatch may only be used to access machines you own or are explicitly authorized to operate. You are responsible for obtaining consent from anyone whose machine you connect to. Using TaskHatch for unauthorized access, surveillance, or any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate termination.

2. Accounts & workspaces

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping credentials secure. Workspace owners are responsible for the members and controllers they authorize.

3. Plans & billing

Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe. Entitlements (seats, relay minutes, storage, support sessions) apply per billing period. You can change or cancel your plan from your dashboard; cancellations take effect at the end of the current period.

4. Service & data

Session artifacts and reports are stored subject to your workspace's retention settings. We provide the service "as is" and make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

5. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be communicated to workspace owners. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
